This week, Joel Murphy and Lars Periwinkle talk about the new Marvel Avengers game they they have been spending all of their free time playing (especially Joel). From the glitching to the joys of picking up bad guys and beating other bad guys with them, they discuss the highs and the lows.
They also share how you can win a copy of the game for the Xbox One. So make sure you listen to the show to find out how.
And, Lars shares how gross it is to work in a movie theater.
Joel Murphy and Andy McIntyre are continuing their quest to watch maligned movies in hopes of finding a silver lining.
For the month of July, they are watching superhero movies.
When you think maligned superhero movies, you don’t tend to think of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, which has become the gold standard for the genre. However, as much as it now seems like the MCU can’t miss, the early days were a bit more rocky. Perhaps the rockiest film of all is Thor: The Dark World, the lackluster Phase 2 sequel to Thor.
