Hobo Radio Interview – Heart Eyes Director Josh Ruben

Josh Ruben already won the hearts of Dropout subscribers as one of the original “Noise Boys” on Game Changer and Make Some Noise.

Now, he’s making noise as the director of Heart Eyes, a horror/romcom hybrid that he hopes will be his Friday the 13th Part VI: Jason Lives. The film has already been enthusiastically embraced by fans; earning over $20 million at the global box office in its first two weeks in theaters.

We talk to Ruben about the film’s tricky tone, how he created such a memorable opening sequence and his desire to continue making Dropout content regardless of how busy he gets.

Hobo Radio Interview – Severance’s Sydney Cole Alexander
