From producing Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventure to writing a MadLibs-style script using preexisting Skeet Ulrich footage, Joel Soisson has done it all in Hollywood.
After years of making a living writing horror sequels like Hellraiser: Hellword and Children of the Corn: Runaway, he’s written and directed something completely different: My Best Worst Adventure; the story of an American teen sent to live with her grandmother in Thailand.
We were delighted to sit down and chat with this brilliant filmmaker respected and revered by millions (and we promise we’re not just saying that so that he can pull the quote for his Wikipedia page).
