Hobo Radio 446 – All about that red smoke

This week, Joel Murphy and Lars Periwinkle revisit a touchy subject – Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. Things got heated at their live New Year’s show when Joel compared it to Jurassic World. They attempt to have a more metered discussion about the film now that more time has passed and both of them have rewatched it on Netflix.

They also talk about everyone in Game of Thrones wearing black this season, people using the word “genitals” in casual conversation and a cell phone being stolen and ransomed back to the owner in Baltimore.

Why is all of Westeros clad in black armor? Should cell phones come equipped with tasers? Why was Galen Erso’s plan to get the Death Star blueprints to the Rebels so convoluted? The answers to these questions and more are on this week’s show.

This week’s music:

  • Intro – “Giddy Up” by Tahuna Breaks
  • End – “Sweet Chris” by Ultimate Painting
